Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy

Overview

We want you to be confident when shopping with Straightforward Supplements. Due to the nature of our products and our fulfillment process, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To submit a claim, email us at info.straightforwardsupplements@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed to be an error on our part, we will cover the cost and offer either:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund or store credit, depending on the situation

Approved replacements are typically shipped within 3 business days.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or appears to be lost in transit, you must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and file a claim where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Dietary supplements and consumable products

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care products

  • Sale items or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Buyer’s remorse returns are not accepted. We do not offer refunds or returns for items ordered by mistake or no longer wanted.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost once approved.
For all other cases, customers must place a new order.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or preparation has begun.
If an order is already accepted and prepared by our fulfillment team, cancellation and refunds are not possible.


Shipping Issues & Address Accuracy

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address are not eligible for a refund. Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Unclaimed Shipments

Packages that go unclaimed and are returned to the fulfillment facility are not eligible for refunds. Reshipping, if available, will be at the customer’s expense.


Customs, Duties & International Orders

International customers are responsible for understanding their local import regulations.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, import taxes, or duties

  • Orders rejected or returned due to customs issues are not eligible for refunds or replacements


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU law.

Important:
To exercise this right, the delivery must be accepted. Refused or uncollected deliveries do not qualify as valid cancellations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Consumable supplements may still be exempt from returns due to health and safety regulations.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds may be issued as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the case

  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, though banks may take longer to post funds
